Surrounding by industrial plants, the new multifunctional tower is the highlighted part of an extension scheme of the local heating company. Considering the project requirements and the context, we choose an architectural language that is minimalism and delicate, while meeting the client’s budget.

The massing of the building is simple, but it combines several functions in one. Large open spaces such as office lobby, canteen and sports center are organized in different levels of the podium. Each function has independent circulation but the circulations could be joined at some public places. Workplaces and hotel rooms occupy the lower and higher part of the tower respectively.
