The main structure of Hebei Refining Technologies Company Campus was capped

Hebei Refining Technologies Company Campus, which was designed with the participation of INSCAPE, has completed the capping of the main structure in December 2023. This project is a multi-functional park designed by Hebei Exquisite Technology Co., Ltd., a high-tech enterprise, to integrate R&D resources, absorb cutting-edge talents, and promote technological innovation. The company has a deep history of research and development, strong independent research and development capabilities, and its patents are exported to overseas markets. Therefore, in the design, we hope to integrate tradition and modernity, reflecting the company's heritage of corporate culture and future-oriented spirit.

Beijing Wukesong Wanda Plaza opened

Beijing Wukesong Wanda Plaza, designed and renovated by INSCAPE, has been grandly opened on September 28, 2023. The project is located in the Wukesong business district of western Beijing, adjacent to the West Fourth Ring Road in the west, Wukesong Stadium and Bloomage LIVE in the south, with excellent location advantages and cultural, sports and commercial atmosphere. With a total construction area of about 300,000 square meters, 2 underground floors and 6 floors above ground, the project is the second largest commercial complex project in Beijing. Wukesong Wanda Plaza is an innovative work of Wanda 4.0 stock revitalization and iterative upgrading, which will inject epoch-making "new enlightenment" power into Beijing's commercial market.

Sealing of Shahetan depot structure of Xixian New Area Line16

The upper cover structure of Shahetan Depot has been sealed in November 2022. The Shahetan depot is located in the geometric center of Xixian New Area, 10km away from Xianyang International Airport and 12km away from Xi'an North Station. It has obvious geographical advantages and is a regional service level TOD in the core area of the residential area.

Beijing Metro Line 14 Lize Shangwuqu Station Put into Service

Beijing Metro Line 14 Lize Station is the first station to open as part of the “five-line interchange station” in the Lize Central Business District. As an important interchange, the station is adjacent to the regional landmarks of Lize SOHO and Lize Paradise Walk to the south and will also connect to the future Daxing Airport City Terminal in the north.

INSCAPE won second prize in Xian East Station Competition

The East Railway Station is located in the southeast corner of Xi'an City, adjacent to Qujiang New Area. The project plan inherits the environmental advantages of "two highlands and one river", introduces the water of Whale Ditch into the base, establishes a wetland park, and connects the east and west green veins. It is planned that metro line 15 will run through the site, and three distinctive TOD core areas will be built around three stations, including hub core, waterfront culture and tourism, and ecological science and technology innovation.

Urban Study | The Relation between TOD and Modern Cities Development

The concept of TOD, based on intercity and urban rail transit, highly combines urban land planning with public transport planning, and advocates the use of public transport in the long-distance movement across the city; meanwhile, a compact TOD life circle is arranged around the public transport nodes, so as to improve the proportion of work residence integration as much as possible, and the functional composite mixed use meets the basic needs of residents and establishes the core of pedestrian friendliness Space, try to reduce vehicle travel within the TOD radiation circle.
